North Korea's Malligyong-1 spy satellite is alive and under Pyongyang's control. It conducted an orbit-raising manoeuvre, proving control and capacity to prolong its lifetime. South Korea confirmed its presence. North Korea plans to launch three more spy satellites in 2024.
